The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up residential construction, with the ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations for multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and ownership representatives.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and conflicts.
  • Track materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
  • Proven experience in ground-up multifamily construction.
  • Experience managing large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Affordable housing or podium construction experience is a plus.
