You'll own day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, schedule, and quality while working on projects valued up to $250M.

The Successful Applicant

  • Lead all day-to-day field operations on complex commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.
  • Manage ground-up construction and/or major adaptive-reuse projects from field mobilization through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
  • Drive project schedules and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain high standards for site safety, quality control, and workmanship.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, owners, architects, and other project stakeholders.
  • Identify field challenges early and proactively develop solutions to keep construction moving.
  • Support project closeout, punch-list completion, and turnover.
