We are seeking a construction professional with ground-up project experience to support and lead large-scale commercial projects throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro and Northern Virginia markets. Job Description

The Superintendent will:

  • Lead ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $30M to $200M+.
  • Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with field teams, design partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive quality, safety, and performance standards across all phases of construction.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget goals.
  • Support projects across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, multifamily, life sciences, hospitality, office, industrial, and retail.
  • Partner closely with internal leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10 years of construction experience.
  • Ground-up construction project experience.
  • Experience working on commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, public works, or similar project types.
  • Proven experience on projects valued at $30M or greater.
  • Ability to work on projects throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro area and Northern Virginia.
