They are currently looking to hire a Superintendent with proven experience leading occupied healthcare projects.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Occupied Healthcare Projects - DC, MD, VA will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day site activities and supervising subcontractorsEnforcing infection-control and safety protocols in live healthcare environmentsCoordinating with hospital staff to minimize operational disruptionsReviewing drawings and specifications to ensure complianceMonitoring progress, quality, and adherence to scheduleLeading daily site meetings and maintaining accurate logsResolving field issues promptly and effectivelySupporting project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
