Job Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

    • Oversee full lifecycle of site execution from preconstruction planning through closeout
    • Partner closely with Project Managers to align schedule, cost, and field strategy
    • Lead subcontractor coordination and maintain high standards of workmanship
    • Champion jobsite safety and enforce best practices across all crews
    • Track progress against milestones and adjust sequencing as needed
    • Maintain clear communication with internal leadership and external stakeholders
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of field processes and standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

    • 5-10+ years in a Superintendent or lead field role
    • Experience across commercial sectors such as office, education, or industrial
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex jobsite activity
    • Proven leadership style that drives accountability and team performance
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative leadership structure
    • Results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency
    • Flexible to travel within the region when required
