Job Description

  • Office location: Braintree, MA
  • Ground up project in Peabody, MA
  • Projects throughout Greater Boston, Southern MA, North Shore and Rhode Island
  • Nearly 30 years in business
  • 30-40 people on the current team
  • Construction management and design-build services
  • Main markets: Manufacturing/Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Medical/Labs, and have a growing presence in the cannabis facility space
  • Currently building/pursuing larger-scale work (100,000sf - 400,000+ sf ground up builds)
  • Sells of the business: Flexible work-life balance , aggressively expanding their portfolio, quick progression opportunities

  • Experience coordinating day-to-day construction site activities.
  • Experience monitoring project schedules and tracking site progress.
  • Ability to coordinate work activities with project stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing completed work against project requirements.
  • Ability to maintain clear, accurate site documentation.
  • Knowledge of safe construction site practices.
