Backed by an experienced leadership team and an aggressive growth strategy, they offer employees significant opportunities for career advancement and long-term success.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.Coordinate project sequencing to ensure milestones and delivery deadlines are achieved.Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all project requirements.Collaborate with project management teams, owners, architects, and trade partners.Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications.Direct renovation, demolition, and new construction activities within an active school environment.Monitor progress and proactively resolve field issues to maintain productivity.Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and communications systems.Manage site improvements, utility upgrades, building envelope enhancements, and interior finishes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
