Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors and oversee work progress to meet project specifications
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations throughout the construction process
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
  • Monitor budgets and resources to prevent delays or cost overruns

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing QSR & retail commercial construction projects with a strong track record
  • Excellent leadership skills to effectively oversee teams and subcontractors on-site
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle project challenges
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear updates
  • Travel across the nation as needed
