Superintendent - Raleigh, NC

• Oversee daily operations and activities on construction sites to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Resolve on-site challenges and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, schedules, and reports.
