Job Description

The Superintendent - Renovations - Baltimore will be responsible for:

  • Lead all field operations across multiple active projects, ensuring consistency in execution
  • Mentor, support, and develop a team of project superintendents
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Act as a problem‑solver on complex or sensitive projects, including occupied facilities
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, ownership, and field staff
  • Provide hands‑on leadership when required, including site presence on critical projects
  • Support planning, sequencing, and logistics across a varied project mix

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Renovations - Baltimore should have:

  • 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Renovation project experience $5M+
  • Exposure to renovation, restoration, building envelope, and interior projects
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and scheduling best practices
  • A leadership style that is visible, practical, and collaborative
  • Comfortable navigating MS Apps and other construction related software
