• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Proactively address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays.
