Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory management to support project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project changes and client needs effectively.
  • Facilitate progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
