Superintendent - Restaurants/Commercial Projects

• Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
• Maintain project timeline and enforce quality standards
• Lead site safety compliance and daily jobsite meetings
• Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets and logistics
• Resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
• Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing
• Ensure client expectations are met on aggressive timelines
