This is an opportunity to join a well-established commercial general contractor focused on retail, QSR, and small medical office projects across the Southeast. The Superintendent will primarily work across Georgia with occasional travel into Florida and Tennessee, managing fast-paced renovation, buildout, and ground-up projects.

Job Description

      • Oversee day-to-day field operations for retail,QSR, and small MOB projects
      • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite logistics to ensure on-time delivery
      • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and clients throughout the build
      • Ensure safety compliance and quality control across all phases of construction
      • Lead projects in occupied environments with minimal disruption to operations
      • Travel primarily within Georgia with occasional assignments in Florida and Tennessee

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
  • Strong background in retail, QSR (quick-service restaurant), or similar fast-paced construction
  • Experience with interior renovations, buildouts, and/or smaller ground-up projects
  • Comfortable managing multiple trades in compressed timelines
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed (mostly GA-based work)
  • Ability to run jobs independently and communicate effectively with clients and leadership
