Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will oversee multiple tenant improvement projects, reporting into construction leadership and ensuring efficient delivery across all job sites.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for tenant improvement projects
  • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Maintain safety, quality control, and compliance standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and internal teams
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clients and field teams

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction site supervision
  • Proven track record delivering tenant improvement or interior projects
  • Experience managing projects in the $1M-$5M range
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience with commercial general contractors preferred
