Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent - Rochester role, you will:

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities and jobsite operations
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily coordination
  • Ensure work is completed on time and aligned with project plans
  • Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Monitor quality control and adherence to specifications
  • Coordinate inspections, reporting, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Building and Construction Superintendent - Rochester candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role
  • Strong background in commercial Building and Construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and jobsite workflows
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong scheduling and organizational abilities
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
