Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent - Rochester role, you will:

  • Oversee daily jobsite operations and field activities
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and site coordination
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Monitor quality control and adherence to plans/specifications
  • Coordinate inspections, reporting, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and internal teams
