With a strong backlog of work and a collaborative culture, they offer outstanding career stability and growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintendent:Lead daily field operations on large ground-up and renovation construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholdersMaintain project schedules and proactively address field challengesEnforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policiesMonitor quality control throughout all phases of constructionCollaborate closely with Project Managers and project teams to achieve project goalsManage project documentation, inspections, and turnover activitiesDrive projects to successful completion while maintaining client satisfactionSupport and mentor field staff, including Assistant SuperintendentsParticipate in project planning, logistics, and site coordination effortsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
