Our client is a respected commercial builder with decades of experience delivering retail, healthcare, mixed-use, industrial, and commercial projects. With a substantial backlog and expanding regional presence, they continue to invest heavily in their construction teams.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilisation through turnover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and inspections
  • Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards
  • Work closely with project managers to drive milestone completion
  • Lead project closeout, punch list, and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Ground-up and/or major renovation experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and field operations
  • South Florida project experience preferred
