Superintendent - Southeast Travel - Industrial

• Oversee all phases of industrial construction projects, from pre-construction to final close-out.
• Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and safely.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing site progress and any challenges encountered.
