Superintendent - Southern NH - Commercial Projects

• Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations in Bedford
