MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe right candidate has the following qualifications:7-10 years' of Superintendent experience within Mechanical / Heavy industrial project background.Must have MA CSL, OSHA-10, OSHA-30Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise projects of at least $3.5M with the capacity to manage single projects between $4M and $8M.Thorough knowledge of pump and machine repair, basic electrical knowledge; craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety required.Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, understanding of line and grade and survey methods.Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures.Computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.High school diploma or technical training required; degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.What's on OfferThe Superintendent will receive:Competitive base compensation up to $165K (based on previous experience)Health, dental and vision401(k) with matchProfit Sharing planVehicle allowanceContactDevin LivelyQuote job refJN-052026-7016704Job summarySectorConstructionSub SectorSite ManagerIndustryPropertyLocationManchesterContract TypePermanentConsultant nameDevin LivelyJob ReferenceJN-052026-7016704
