The Palm Beach division is currently managing approximately 12 active projects and continues to grow.

Job Description

  • Manage field operations for approximately 4 custom and semi-custom home projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily site activities
  • Maintain project quality, safety, and production schedules
  • Work closely with homeowners, trade partners, and internal project teams
  • Drive projects through completion while providing an exceptional customer experience

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in custom or semi-custom residential construction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of construction
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Collaborative leadership style with a customer-focused approach
