We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee special projects throughout the Los Angeles area. This individual will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities and field operations.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
  • Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Ensure projects meet established timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Enforce safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
  • Identify and resolve field issues and construction challenges.
  • Maintain daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction superintendent experience.
  • Experience managing commercial construction special projects.
  • Background in tenant improvements and renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
