Job Description

As the Senior Superintendent, you will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of an upcoming ground-up development project, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for a large-scale wood-frame project
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety performance
  • Drive project milestones and ensure delivery within budget and timeline
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams
  • Maintain strong site documentation, reporting, and compliance
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented site culture
  • Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
  • Proven experience delivering multifamily, senior living, or similar wood-frame builds
  • Strong leadership and site management capabilities
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects ($20M+ preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A long-term mindset with a desire to grow within a stable organisation
  • Experience working with commercial general contractors in mid-to-large markets
