Superintendent - Syracuse

• Manage and oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and materials.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
