Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations to ensure construction projects are executed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards at the construction site.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project milestones and addressing concerns.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to plans.
• Facilitate inspections and ensure all work meets regulatory and client standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
