Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Manage on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project milestones and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement efficient construction plans.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or delays to maintain project momentum.
