• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Ensure on-site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to address project challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
