Job Description

  • Lead daily on‑site construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and building management
  • Maintain schedules, safety, and quality standards
  • Conduct daily site walks and client updates
  • Enforce OSHA and site‑specific safety protocols

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of superintendent experience
  • Strong interiors and renovation background
  • Experience working in occupied buildings
  • Proficient with digital field tools
