Job Description

  • Oversee all daily site operations from start through closeout
  • Lead subcontractors, site sequencing, and production to maintain schedule
  • Drive a strong safety culture and run required site safety meetings
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, RFIs, inspections, and client communication
  • Problem‑solve proactively to protect timelines and budgets
  • Represent the contractor professionally with owners, consultants, and inspectors

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience delivering ground‑up light industrial, distribution, or large commercial projects
  • Knowledge of tilt‑wall, steel, concrete, and MEP systems
  • Strong ability to manage large footprints and multiple subcontractor teams
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Low‑ego, self‑sufficient, client‑facing communicator
  • Strong safety mindset and on‑site leadership presence
