Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to guarantee projects finish on time and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality work while maintaining safety compliance.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and avoid potential delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated success managing tilt-wall construction projects, preferably on facilities exceeding 150,000 sqft, with strong technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
  • Proven ability to lead field teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and jobsite productivity throughout all phases of construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction safety requirements, with a commitment to enforcing protocols and promoting a safety-first culture on site.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges, implement effective solutions, and keep projects progressing according to schedule.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities, enabling effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
