Superintendent - Tilt Wall Construction

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee all phases of tilt wall construction, from initial site preparation to final completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project team members.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project managers.
