Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site operations for tilt wall construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crew to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory management to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage and mentor on-site teams to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project milestones and challenges.
