Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
  • Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
