Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
  • Drive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencing
  • Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards
  • Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
  • Serve as primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication
  • Support punch list, inspections, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of construction experience working for a general contractor
  • Must have previous commercial ground up project experience
  • Residential construction candidates cannot be considered at this time
  • Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
