Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders throughout construction.
  • Enforce company safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite excellence.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure all work is completed according to plans and specifications.
  • Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to ownership and project teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
  • Oversee punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent with a general contractor.
  • Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, jobsite logistics, and construction methods.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
  • Stable work history and desire to build a long-term career with a premier contractor.
