Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily coordination
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
  • Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and maintain field documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities
  • Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff
  • Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
  • Varied project experience (not limited to interiors or multifamily)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
  • OSHA 30 certification and deep understanding of construction safety standards
  • Must be local to Northern Virginia or willing to commute regularly
