Our client is a reputable, mid-sized construction firm (approx. 40 employees) with over 40 years of success delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, multifamily, education, and more. They specialize in both ground-up and renovation work ranging from $1M-$25M, with projects primarily in Vermont and surrounding regions. Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities for ground-up projects ($9M-$13M)
  • Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and design teams
  • Oversee quality control and enforce company standards
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
  • Track project progress and resolve field issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Vermont & NH Projects should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Experience managing ground-up projects (any market sector considered)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and drive project schedules
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and field coordination
  • Technical degree (Construction Management or related) preferred
