Superintendent - Water/ Wastewater Projects - MA & NH

• Oversee daily operations and management of water and wastewater construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations on all job sites.
• Train and mentor field staff to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure thorough understanding and alignment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns as needed.
