Job Description

Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects run smoothly in Wilmington, NC.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Monitor project costs to ensure they align with budgets and address variances when necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality assurance.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
