Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise field crews, foremen, and subcontractors
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate heavy highway construction activities
• Ensure compliance with DOT standards, project specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and job costs
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients
• Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and material deliveries
• Resolve field issues and contribute to problem-solving and risk mitigation
