Superintendent

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any arising concerns.
• Lead progress meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
