Superintendent

• Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols at all times.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and relevant parties.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily logs and reports.
