Job Description

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through closeout
  • Develop and maintain detailed look-ahead schedules and manpower forecasts
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and on-site logistics planning
  • Enforce company and OSHA safety programs; conduct daily safety meetings
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to proactively address schedule and cost risks
  • Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Proven success working in dense urban and union environments
  • Experience managing fast-track and multi-trade schedules
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination
  • OSHA 30 preferred; Procore experience a plus
