Job Description

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates with project teams
  • Manage inspections, quality control, and project documentation
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and inspectors

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong background across ground-up and tenant improvement projects
  • Experience with public works or government-funded projects is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety protocols
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
