Job Description

Field Operations & Site Management

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule and workflow
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite



Schedule & Quality Control

  • Implement project schedules and proactively address sequencing or labor issues
  • Monitor work quality and enforce company and project standards
  • Conduct inspections and identify deficiencies; ensure timely corrective actions
  • Support punch list and closeout efforts



Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements
  • Conduct safety meetings and daily jobsite safety walks
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards



Communication & Documentation

  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers
  • Maintain daily reports, field logs, and site documentation
  • Assist with tracking RFIs, submittals, and change conditions
  • Communicate schedule updates and field conditions to the project team

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent or field supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and means and methods
  • Experience with commercial, institutional, or public-sector projects preferred
  • Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Proficiency with field technology and reporting tools
