Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
  • Enforce safety standards and site compliance
  • Monitor schedules, progress, and quality control
  • Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders
  • Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in Building and Construction
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencing

  • OSHA safety knowledge and commitment to best practices
