Job Description

  • Lead all field operations from mobilization through project closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily site activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules (look-ahead and master
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate inspections, permitting, and quality control processes
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, and owners
  • Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining project momentum
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing self-storage construction projects (required)
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • OSHA certification preferred
