Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Oversee and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site construction teams to ensure optimal performance.
